The first is sort of funny, but the second is vile and I don’t understand how he could be accepted as a hero if that’s the case, even as an S-class. I know a lot of heroes do sketch stuff, but for Puri-Puri it’s kind of handled as a joke so maybe it’s not good, obviously, but not like a storyline in Law and Order SVU.

One punch man and Berserk are the only two shows where I genuinely think the manga is as good as the anime if not better experience-wise. Glad yall love the show though!

Just a heads up for season 2: dont be too disappointed on the animation - cuz trust me we all did at some point but hey thats what happens when projects get passed around between studios w different budgets. The story gets better and introduces a lot of cool characters —— which makes up for the drop in animation quality.

It just had a bunch of people trash it because of the animation comparisons to season 1 but it still has good fights in its own right. I remember cracking up laughing multiple times in season 2 as well so the comedy is top tier.

It’s a shame s2 animation is a significant downgrade but at least the story and characters are just as good if not better than s1. Even tho s3 has the same staff as 2, from the trailer it looks like they improved the art and animation a lot so I have super high hopes for 3.
