It’s sometimes easier to respect someone’s authority and overall screen presence when they can showcase immense skill and mental fortitude in perilous situations like Jon. Honing their craft through experience. But Dany isn’t a big buff dude, her power comes from her Dragons (magic) and her Name. She’s resilient despite not being a solider, and is a symbol of hope for others. Some characters aren’t fighters, like Sansa, so they have to rely on other qualities to survive or maintain power. I agree with you though, I wasn’t as interested in Danny’s storyline or her character as much as Jon, Sansa, or Theon.

I guess because in the back of my head when a character tries to act all tough and epic but if we’re alone against some enemies wouldn’t be able to do a damn thing…. I find that super cringe. At least if characters like Jon snow act cool etc he is a character who can back it up with his own skills, Dany relies on her dragons and soldiers to do everything for her. I also never cared for the storyline outside of Westeros so whenever we returned there I just found myself completely uninterested

She knows Margaery could influence her father, who is a bumbling idiot, and also one of the three judges for Tyrion’s trial. That’s why she was being so nice to her, when at Sansa’s wedding she told Margaery that she would strangle her in her sleep if she ever called her sister again. Margaery tests her here by saying that she doesn’t know if she should call her mother or sister. Then Cersei goes to her father and in their conversation it sounds like she is being agreeable to being married to Loras, something that she was very upset about previously. She is trying to act compliant to Tywin, another judge. And then she goes to Oberyn, the third judge, and has a conversation with him about the pain of not being able to protect the ones you love. She knows this is a soft spot with him because of his sister. There was a definite motivation to all those meetings Cersei is having with all those people.

Carter looking back at season 3 for more explanation about Jojen, go back to when Bran was in the cart and Jojen was walking behind him. He explains to Bran what Jojens special powers are and why Jojen sought Bran out. Especially the part about Neds death that will give you context. It’s because your skipping history and lore it is confusing. There is a whole explanation in the lore video about Jojen and Mera where their family comes from and the powers he has. Also there is an entire lore video on Peter Baelish. Explaining his childhood, how he came to live with Cat and Lyssa’s family when he was a child, and that he loved Cat so much he fought a duel with Neds older brother Brandon over her. It also talks about how Cat and Neds wedding came about, when she was pregnant with Robb (giving more context to her hate for Jon) and her relationship with Lyssa. Which is what Jack and McKay were talking about when talking about Brandon and Peter. Personally I would rather see episode drops than lore videos on here. Maybe Jack and McKay could watch them and get the Cliff Notes to help them remember the details. Then you guys could have a intro or outro of one episide where you get the bullet points from them of what is important to know. They can take out the spoilers. HBO released them between seasons. They are really long. The writers expected people to use them to explain all the stuff they didn’t have time to put in the show. Just a suggestion, many reactors never watch them. Orell (the wildling warg) didn't have greensight, so he was just a normal warg. Bran has both warg abilities and greensight, so he is a greenseer.
