Since you’ll need another short gem to watch between shows in the future I’m going to once again vouch for Tengoku Daimakyou. Your critical thinking and picking up details would be so perfect for it. Also, won’t forget the CSM diss. This is great but nothing compared to CSM, especially in terms of writing.

It has a lot of typical tropes, which, I dont mind, they can be fun, but because of that, I cant praise this show as "peak" either, and the comedy is just unbearable. I read the manga before anime (still do) and honestly I dont remember this series being this cringe. Still, there are quite a few cool moments in the future. I will be there to see you guys react on them.

Heck, she even has the blonde twintails to go with it😂 Or the "promise with a childhood friend" trope, which feels like is referenced in more episodes than it is not. But the Geks indirectly mentioned the tropes by referencing similarities to other shows they've watched. And yeah it is super tropey

It’s very easy to watch, the flashing colors are pretty, the music is cooking and direction is great. But the actual animation is stiff, the characters are mostly superficial and the writing is predictable. Overall I enjoyed myself watching it, an easy binge for sure. But I also expect to have forgotten all about it in a few weeks😅

Each "slots" are 3 months(12 weeks) so 12 eps. TV stations makes money by selling these slots and airing CM during these slots. Not like U.S., we don't really watch cable stations(we do have them but), so we have these 5 national "key stations" to air any shows. That's the reason why almost all the animes have 12 eps, except for those animes that have big value/name/budget, like Naruto, HxH, One Piece etc. These super famous anime will just buy lots of slots at once so they really don't need to care about seasons, that's how they make season-less animes.
