Then when viewing your cart, select "Proceed to checkout" you will be shown a page where you can enter your card information on the right hand side. On the left hand side you will see three boxes. Please select the check box at the bottom labeled "Discount Code" and enter TMC2500. After which proceed as normal in entering your payment information.

I've managed to log on, register, and place several items in the cart but there's no where to use the discount code? I've gone through the process several times looking for a way to enter the code but there is none. Now, please bare with me. I don't want to come across as rude nor hostile in any way. I would just like to give you some advice. Please don't take it any other way. I like your miniatures a great deal and that's why I was willing to try so hard to buy them from you. This is what I'd like you to consider and solve for the prosperity of your business. There's a problem with the purchasing of your files. I have described it to you. I will not contact support, I am the customer/client. I just want to buy it with as little trouble as possible. Correcting problems with your business is a function of management not the customer/client. As a customer I don't expect a struggle to spend my money buying your product/service. It absolutely must be convenient to the customer to buy from you or the customer will not buy from you. The customer will buy from someone else where it's easy for him to do so. This does not come from anger nor frustration although I have felt that going through this process. I merely want to give you the information and the opportunity to excel. As I stated, I like your miniatures. I would like to buy them but I will no longer struggle trying to do so. When you manage to correct the situation, that is, make it easy for me to buy from you without the difficulties then I will most likely do so. As an example I don't have any troubles buying nor using discount codes with MMF. Thank you and I hope this helps you. Ramiro.
