We used 80% overhang supports and brim to be safe, but feel free to try the best setup you prefer! The model can open its mouth , I suggest you don't downscale too much or you can merge the jaw part. After printing him (P1) you just need to print the articulated scarf (P2) and insert it in the hole at the bottom of his head.
