Found out the issue! Sorta..for me theres a small bald spot lol. If you go to the head shape tab, on head type click the drop down and select Head Mod (my default was Type 01).

2020-05-23 02:30:37 +0000 UTCSame I had both mods before becoming a patron here. Strange, if you look at the pictures her face seems slimmer doesn't it? I don't think hair is missing, it looks nicely put together for a specific size head.
