Vidme has shut down
Added 2017-12-09 11:27:57 +0000 UTCAll videos previously uploaded to Vidme are gone, and I will need to find a new hosting site for Patreon content for 2018.

Thats what one youtuber I follow does. He uploads them as unlisted to show off links early on twitter, then lists them publically after a while. they show up as a new upload to those subscribed too him, so if Lily does this with her videos, then people will still be n otified when it finally goes public.

I've also checked the obvious areas of the site to see if there's any bandwidth usage limits and have found no evidence of that sort of limits.

2017-12-09 12:01:41 +0000 UTCVimeo is absurdly expensive for very little gain. Their free package is 500mb a week with 25GB a year. Unless I make Patreon-posted videos 360p I won't be able to remain under that. I produce, on average, 2TB of video footage a year. And in order for early videos for Patrons to remain 1080p, I would have to take their $55USD/mo ($70CAD) plan and I can't afford that.
