2021-09-09 22:25:03 +0000 UTCI originally was trying to get each letter to float up and down in a loop, and you can animate per-character properties in AE, but they don't loop, so the effect didn't look good. It's probably possible with expressions, but I don't know shit about AE expressions and gave up on that, so I used the "wave warp" effect instead.
