Yes, this Pokémon design is official, BUT is not canon bc was scrapped. But is still an official design :3
This time we can see it uncurling its tail-float and stretching as the FREE STYLE animation! It was a very tricky one and took me all the weekend to complete it but I hope it got cool enough!
Not many actions left by the way! The ones left are:
Jump (a regular jump, probably with arms up)
Carry/Throw Window (it will use the Dash animation and then with extra water will throw the window)
Clone (not fully sure yet but will probably a regular pull up)
Run (not fully decided yet but will probably grab the float up and run with legs)
Egg (still working on the design, can't find one that satisfies me fully yet)
"Dangle Legs" will be a special one this time, it will be sunbathing on his float, not sure if with a drink or without, will see xD basically a cameo to that classic Pikachu chilling on a float XD
