New Year AMA!

Hello all my lovely Patrons!

In an effort to break down barriers and increase the lines of communication, I'd like to open up a session where I can answer any questions you may have regarding my blog(s), my writing style/methods, ideas from the past, future, or present, or generally anything about my life outside of the very personal stuff.

Please submit any and all questions down below, and I will do my best to answer every single one of them. I am also in the process of trying to decide what story to write/continue for the end of the month, so maybe let me know if there is anything in particular you would like to see! No promises!

There is no time limit on this post, so keep your questions coming any time!

That makes a lot of sense, thank you! I'm in agreement that it's usually the visual media that inspires a lot of the narrative. Based off my personal experience, I believe there are many plot elements that can be paired with almost anything, but it's the intangibles that need to be paired specifically to the visual media. Ambiance, Demeanor, Character traits, and what not. I think names to a certain extent also need to mesh well with the subject(s).

1.) 98% of the time I write a caption, it's because I saw a Gif/video that inspires me to write it. Sometimes those gifs sit in my tumblr drafts for weeks to months of me scrolling through them before inspiration strikes, other times it's instant. I find that if I already have an idea in my head, there's little to no chance of me finding an appropriate picture for it. Maybe I'm just picky, but I really like to tailor the caption to the picture. Even when you guys give me pictures for your custom captions, I find myself writing a way into the 'story' making sense with what's going on in the photo. For instance, if you ask for something 'forced' but the subject in the picture is smiling, I'll try to write it in a way that may start off nicely and the sub is happy, but quickly escalates into something they aren't ready for. I think this all stems back from when I first started captioning and blogging. I would literally just see a picture, write some little tidbit under it that it made me think of, and hit submit. My writing has evolved since then, but it can probably all be traced back to that. 2.) I have at least a dozen or so stories that I have started, shelved, and never touched again. Either because I don't know where the story should go, or I just don't think it will be a very good one. That happens sometimes. But even on the ideas i'm really proud of, I'm always self-conscious about not writing them well. I think the trick to overcoming both of those hurdles is to just: write. At the end of the day, i'm not a published author. I don't have an editor, or beta readers to give feedback before I hit submit. There are always things I can do better, explain better, and probably always do more succinctly, but I just kind of have to accept that I'm doing the best I can, and people will either like it or they don't. I spent 10 years just writing what I want and not caring what people thought. I ended up growing a very substantial following doing just that. That helped me be the writer I am today, not only because I practiced, but also because I learned to trust myself and the process. I do get major anxiety about how my work will be received now that people are paying for it, but all the above still rings true. Push yourself to write, it may not always be the best, but it's a hell of a lot better than being unfinished. 3.) It's an interesting idea, but I don't know about the logistics of it. How would people know it's connected? Would I use the same picture every time? Would I use a different picture every time? How would they find the previous post that connects to it if Tumblr and Patreon's search/thread function is terrible? At what point does a caption become a story? Is it just length? And if so, would it seem like I just took what could be a short story and broke it into tiny bits? Or am I not understanding what you're saying at all? 4.) Caption to caption I feel like I adopt different styles/formats. Sometimes I'll have captions that are just dialogue between the subjects, or just one-way dialogue as if the subject is speaking to directly to the reader. Other times I'll use exposition, backstory, etc. It kind of just depends on my mood (i notice I write the same format certain nights, and different ones on others), or it depends on the picture itself and what I think works for it. The themes/content I think stays relatively the same. I definitely have my comfort zone of a non-consenting sissy sub with a cruel F/M or FM dominant. It's what I've always gravitated towards, but I am constantly trying to expand my horizons and go at things in a different angle, even if I miss most of the time. 5.) Most of the stuff I *want* to write about I've probably already done. But there are things I *should* try to write about that can push me into being a more all encompassing writer. I *should* write about more female subs, more gentle domination, more hypnosis, and probably a plethora of other things people enjoy. But I find those are much harder for me to do if I don't have an ironclad idea. It's much easier for me to write in my comfort zone. "You write what you know" or "what you want to see" as they say. 6.) I have tried to write a fantasy novel several times. But it hasn't even gotten past the outlining stage. It is just such a much more daunting task. I don't even think I could write a whole book on the kinky stuff I've been writing for ever, much less write in the realm of something I would have to completely make up from scratch. Perhaps I should take my own advice from question 2.), but I just don't feel like I could add anything to the table of great fantasy writers out there that hasn't already been done. I already feel like that with the kinky stuff. But maybe one day I'll find the ideas for a full-length, fantasy novel involving necromancers.........and diapers :) Thank you so much for these great questions! I apologize for writing you *this* novel. Haha.

Thanks for doing this! I really appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your writing style and process. I've got a handful of questions for you, but please don't feel pressed to answer them all! 1) In terms of you writing your captions: Do you find that you'll see a picture or a GIF/video that will then inspire a caption that you then write, or is it more of you having a plot-line already kind of bouncing in your head and then go looking for a suitable piece of media to accompany it? If both, is there a ratio that you'd be able to describe or even is there one that you prefer? 2) I often scrap some of my creations after making them, because they don't live up to my "personal standard". Do you have any experience with this? I think a lot of the time it's based on my headspace at the time, and my own drive for storytelling, but do you have any advice as far as minimizing this kind of mentality? 3) A lot of your content is often short-form captions with independent story lines, or longer standalone or serialized story content. Have you considered or have any desire to do a series of captions? A kind of middle ground that can build upon multiple short-form installments? 4) Are there any types of themes or content that you find yourself putting into either caption format or story format more than the other? Like a fetish, kink, relationship dynamic, etc. that maybe translates better via story or caption? Or maybe it requires more exposition to have a similar pay-off? 5) Is there anything you have wanted to write about - plot, characters, setting, etc. - that you haven't yet? 6) Last one - do you do any writing outside of the fetish/kink space?

Great questions! 1.) I would love for someone to write a book or screenplay that garners mainstream attention to the ABDL community. Similar to what Fifty Shades of Grey did for BDSM. I feel like AB’s are extremely misunderstood and misrepresented. I realize that’s a tough ask, but i’m hopeful it will happen one day. I don’t really have themes or plots that i want to see done or done better. If i did, I would probably just try to write it. But i already have a hard time finding ideas/themes to write about that haven’t been explored already. There’s only so many things you can do with feminization, abdl, or cuckolding. If we’re talking non-fetish stuff, I really want to see more well-written Necromancers in fantasy books/media. I’ve loved them ever since Diablo 2, but have a hard time finding good representations. 2.) It’s really cool to see writers do collaborations. I love what All4thedips and BoysRbabies are doing with their Regression Center story on Tumblr. I’m not entirely sure it’s something i’d be able to do though. I have a hard enough time making my own ideas work, much less someone else’s, and I don’t know if I can communicate it well enough to others. Maybe with a solid outline and someone that matches my tastes and writing style it could happen one day. But i don’t see it being something in the near future.

Two questions (with clarifying questions): 1.) What is something you'd like to see someone (yourself or otherwise) tackle in the fetish writing world? Is there a genre you want more of? A theme or plot you want to see executed better? A kink that just needs more exposure? 2.) What're your thoughts on writer collaborations?

Ok. Thank You for Your reply 😘

I’m glad you like it! With stories like those I think it’s kind of hard to do a continuation without introducing an important plot device. Otherwise I feel like i’m just recycling the same stuff, you know? So unless I can think of something that would change the story in a significant way i don’t think i’ll be continuing that one. I have been toying around with an idea of two sissy babies meeting up at a hotel for some..playtime..but again, i don’t think i have enough substance to make it a full story yet. Thanks for the ask!

I've just re-read Play Date. And I love the short story. Are there any plans for a follow up episode, continuing the humiliation of our 3 sissy baby cucks?
