Funny when I just started singing Led Zeppelin many years ago - my English wasn't good - I didn't think about the lyrics on many songs. I knew how to pronounce all the words, but I never thought about the sense of it. I was taking care of the sound, the notes, the feeling of music.. Maybe because I was singing it in Russia mostly. (But If I ever have a Led Zeppelin show in English-speaking country - I think the feel would be different. People DO understand what I'm singing, ahaahha.) So when I got back to recording those Led Zeppelin songs recently (that I haven't been singing for a while), while recording I was realizing what I was singing about - ahahhaha - and while I was singing - in my head I was like - "wow, really, did I just say that?"
