Van Halen.... R.I.P.

I supposed to upload this one on Friday for you - but because of the sudden news I decided to upload it today - as if I felt what would happen...

I prepare answering your questions that you asked me some days ago, I started working on it - it will be in several parts, so stay tuned for that! So today I'm uploading instead of Friday.

1984

Another my-year-of-birth song!

Was shopping in LOWES the other day and it was playing there, and I realised that I never heard the mid part of the song. Only that JUMP! part I remembered. I liked the middle section and thought I should record it. At first - it was not for me - I copied him and it sounded very unnatural. My expression sounds a bit different then his. He is throwing the words and I'm still singing them even when I try to throw them. So after I recorded it fast for the first time I let it sit there for a couple of days, then I got back to it and re-recorded everything. Also at that time I overloaded myself with singing because I had to record as many songs as I could because I would be absent for some time, so not to stop my YouTube schedule. And I noticed when I sing too much - like 4-5-songs per day and every day for several weeks - I kind of burn out a bit and then I have that very stupid situation when I'm almost not able to judge about the sound, manner, voice, mix, master, volume and the rest. I just listen to it and I don't understand what exactly has to be done with it - just can't evaluate it. Don't know if it's good or bad, if I like it or not. So in order to get "fresh ear" I have to do something else - clean around the house, do my other YouTube channel videos - just withdraw. And then when I come back to it in a week or so - then I start being able to evaluate again.

(Sorry had to cut off the solo again)

Thank you for your support!

How are the things with the virus at your place where you live? Hope you all stay safe!
