the end of each month i send out all the month's files zipped into a folder via dropbox link, that way folks can just get all the files at once and don't have to worry they missed anything. Past few times i've put a small couple extras in there too. I send them out to all patrons who's payments successfully go through for the month, so it skips over the ones who's donations bounce or they withdraw a pledge.
