They just stylized the logo of the school as a U and an A for whatever reason. Anyway, this is what I have heard. Also, Iida is a capital i followed by a lowercase i, there is no L in his name, so correct pronounciation is ee-da. Thank you for these reactions they are great so far. I became a patron just for this series
