November's Patreon Reward

One of my patrons has asked for a canine reward I owed them, and since it's going to be on the longer side, I hope a preview of that will be OK to get me by! it involves a man choosing to be a friend's pet for the rest of his life, though as he changes, the notion of spending the rest of his life as a dog becomes less and less appealing...
