should i start a discord for patreons?

but should i? i know tons of people use it.
maybe you guys can tell me your experiences with other artists you support and all that? :O

This may or may not be an idea but if you tried a private telegram channel set it in a reward tier. For example maybe only $10+ get a code. If you appointed admins they might be able to help out? Probably won't work but just throwing it out there

2019-09-25 07:10:24 +0000 UTCPersonally while I enjoy the discord option, if you dont even use discord then i dont really need the option. It seems kinda unnecessary currently. If patreons starts having issues, them id consider it. But currently I'm fine with how your stuff is.

Too many artists are using Discord and sometimes the Patreon/Discord integration has issues. It's annoying when you have to start loading apps or running to other sites for the content you pay for.

(and you can talk to me on @joshthetiger) BUT... i can't manage a telegram group for patreons there! i have around 90,100 patreons, and i would have to check constantly who's pledged and who isn't (since the idea is to share patreon stuff). but discord and patreon manage that automatically, making it super easy. i sometime make sketches and concept art for future characters from the comic and stuff like that. and i though it would be nice to have another place to keep you guys updated (and that doesn't send you an email everytime i do a thing that might not be that good xD my sketches are really bad hahaha)
