Hey all,
Unfortunately, I've gone ahead and caught a pretty nasty cold, and I find myself unable to put the pen to the paper. As such, there'll be no chapter today, possibly tomorrow, depending how I feel then.
In addition, I've realized I need to add a week of editing to January schedule to deal with Book 9 editing for Amazon release.
Between my sickness, 2 week winter break, and a week of editing, the total chapter amount for the Dec-Jan schedule is starting to look a bit iffy.
Therefore, I am removing the charge from January.
Between the three weeks of chapters in December and ~2 weeks in January, we'll reach a bit over 1 month's worth of chapters in a 2-month period.
For those who are unsure how this works:
The subscription of every current patron (you guys) will just keep running into January without the monthly charge. The next charge for current patrons is Feb 1.
In contrast, new and returning patrons will be charged when signing up as they get access to the backlog. So I recommend you keep the subscription active, or you'll lose the free access to the chapters in January.
I'm sorry about this change, but sometimes life gets in the way.

Does anyone remember what tfd said about the remnants um controlling consciousness's? I think it was something like they had such great attunement to their dao their consciousness fused with forces themselves. Is that right? Anyone know where I can find out?

2023-02-11 00:57:16 +0000 UTCFunny thing, I just heard the part in the Twilight Arc (Audible Book 8) where he takes off his boots when swapping from Drauger --> Human. So yes he does wear shoes. Chapter 37 for whoever cares.
