The way rapid fire idea prompts work is this; boiled down to simplest terms:
Character, scenario or trigger, species.
As an example:
Bird enthusiast, finding an unusual specimen while feeding birds, male harpy.

Some examples, The room they book is in a biker gangs club house and they are transformed into gang members. This could be a human transformation or an anthro one. The house is on the coast, a river, or a lake, and the people in the community are all were-creatures. During the couple's stay, they also become were-creatures of the community. This could be anything water-related, like otters, beavers, or mermen you get the idea. They stay in one of those tree houses, and they become monkey men. I love the thought of men hanging from the trees by their tails or swinging through the trees, like in the Disney Tarzan movie. I love the idea of a long tail, be it on monkeys, cats, or red pandas. You get the idea. The house or room could be anywhere. The Ice Hotel, and they transform into polar bears or penguins. There is also a hotel with underwater rooms. They could stay there and be transformed into fishmen or octopus-men or some other sea creature.

When he takes the headset off to prepare for landing, he finds himself in an alternate world. The people around him are all furries. Hoe could be sitting next to his boyfriend and he slowly transforms as he accepts his new reality. May he freaks out and is carted off to a holding cell and finds out that happens from time to time and he is welcomed to the new world and we follow him as he changes and adapts to his new reality.

Maybe he joins and lands in the general room by default, and as people welcome him to the server, he starts changing based on the hellos he gets or the stickers that are used to wave at him. A guy starts getting DMs on social media, and he starts being transformed by the person DMing him.

2024-03-10 17:07:10 +0000 UTCI have started to watch the TV show The Traitors, which is hosted by Alan Cumming. A group is collected in a castle in the Scottish Highlands is slowly killed off by traitors in their group. My idea is that a group of men is collected, and the host is slowly transforming the men into anthros. • The host could plant the traitors, and the traitors are building up their new packs. • There could be no traitors; it's just being used to confuse everyone, and as they are killed off, they are transformed. • The group of people are slowly infected during the challenges as they are all animal themed. Those that are killed off are sent to live with the challenge they just competed in. I have always liked Survivor, and the idea of men competing in a Survivor-style transformation game always appeals to me. I have suggested this one before, and I am even contributing to a series by another author who is writing one. He is following two characters at a time as they land on the island.

Starts finding the other jocks dumb idiots, though his new brain for strategy seems the team win more and he dominates/bullies the team into doing what he wants to win. Finds friends among the 'nerds' who understand angles/math and starts to do RPG's to better understand strategy. Even persuades some of the nerds into the gym where protects them.

Some crew explore the forest and find natives - Orcs - they learn to communicate, and partake in some rituals to help bond; said rituals however tap into the strange energy field the planet has and they slowly change - becoming Orc-bloods (Half-Orcs) who can move between the Settlement and the Tribe.

Thinks the house is adjusting for his needs / comfort. Does not realize he is being changed by the AI to the adapt to the planet’s environment. Perhaps he needs to develop hooves for the terrain, or antennae to see different light spectrums, or different mouth or digestive system. He is not aware of the changes until the end of the story but then embraces his new existence…? Another: Young marine biologist is experimenting with DNA to help marine mammals adjust to climate change. He is accidentally exposed to mutated DNA and is slowly changed into a seal pup. Is collected by his unknowing former collages and trained to do tricks at the aquarium he is kept in. Fun humiliation of having to eat saw fish and play with a beach ball, but he comes to love it. Final one: Younger queer guy spends time in the woods to get away. He discovers a clearing with old stones arranged in a circle. Feels safe and welcome there. Returns frequently and starts to see flashes of small supernatural creatures. The more time he spends in the stone circle the more welcome he feels and the more he sees the creatures, especially one attractive male. Eventually we learn he is seeing into a nearby dimension of the fae. He crosses over, has sex with this new friend, and becomes a fairy wings, etc. Joins his new lover in this new world and lives happily ever after.
