Scratching the Itch
Added 2024-08-27 14:59:33 +0000 UTCWhile I strive to write a variety of transformation stories covering more species than most and maintaining an optimistic, romantic approach whenever possible... you have all undoubtedly noticed my fixation with facial hair. Call it a quirk, an element of my brand, an irredeemable compulsion...
That being said, what if we were to indulge? Lets do some story prompts for stories featuring facial hair growth. It can be human or furry tf, it can be contemporary or scifi or urban fantasy.
The most important guidelines are:
Limit suggestions to 1-3 sentences to create a refined seed of an idea I can grow a story out of.
Please keep it on brand for me. Romance, optimism, fellowship.
I appreciate seeing what everyone suggests and which ones will blossom into stories!

And to elaborate, it's just a guy who has a deep unexpressed appreciation for beards, and when this *actual* werebear walks in with the biggest bushiest beard and the fur to match, offers them the same... well you know what the camera reel might contain.

A photographer is tasked in the early 2020's to create a photo album of impressive beards to create a large coffee table book for publication by the end of the year. Autumn is rapidly approaching, and the rapid rainstorms in the area is adding to the atmosphere. Money is running out. They take on a lot of applicants, reviewing a lot of photos, but one person in particular, you could even say bear-ish, is the one that caught their attention. His unwieldy beard was so contradictory to the well-groomed ones that most came with, and it fascinated him. Their booking was several hours overdue, and the rainstorm was only intensifying. He was about to eat the stale baguette, and head back on the next bus home. That is, until he heard a knock on the door.
