One Piece: Killer Method #200

Satori's grin widened as he observed Cedric's readiness. "I'll give you a taste-test of my balls!" he proclaimed with an exaggerated flourish. With a swift, powerful punch, he struck one of the spherical cloud balls floating beside him. The impact sent the ball hurtling toward a nearby tree, where it ricocheted off with surprising force.

The initial collision set off a chain reaction as the cloud ball careened into two more floating above. The cloud balls, now set into motion, started ricocheting off one another, creating a chaotic ballet in the sky as they gained momentum.

Cedric watched the spectacle with a raised eyebrow, his senses sharp and his anticipation growing. However, he remained poised, ready to respond.

As the two cloud balls hurtled toward him, Cedric's hand moved with expert precision, creating a focused gust of wind. The blast of air intercepted the cloud balls, causing them to explode spectacularly. One burst into a cascade of colorful flowers, while the other unleashed a swarm of illusory, hissing snakes.

Satori chuckled in amusement at Cedric's successful defense. "They're called surprise balls for a reason, you know?" he chimed in, spreading his arms wide with an exaggerated gesture. "You never know what you'll get!" he explained, his amusement evident.

Cedric nodded, a wry smile playing at the corners of his lips. "And you do, right?" he inquired, his voice carrying a playful tone.

Satori grinned broadly, embracing his role as the Ordeal Master with gusto. "But of course! I'm the Ordeal Master!" he declared with an exuberant laugh, his self-assuredness unshakable.

As the remaining surprise balls settled, Cedric couldn't help but ponder the best way to make a mess of this peculiar trial. "That hardly sounds fair..." He stroked his chin thoughtfully, eyeing the arrangement before him with a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes.

"How about we level the playing field a bit?" Cedric proposed, his voice laced with a playful edge. With a swift motion, he smacked the butt of his trident into the ground, unleashing a towering pillar of searing flames that soared into the sky. The sheer force of the fiery eruption disrupted the delicate equilibrium of the surprise balls, sending many of them into disarray.

Explosions rippled through the ranks of the floating spheres, their detonations creating chaos and unpredictability. Surprise balls burst open, releasing a bizarre array of contents—colorful flowers, melodious songbirds, hissing snakes, volatile explosives, and gleaming bladed weapons. The sky above them transformed into a surreal carnival of elements, as if nature itself had taken a whimsical turn.

Satori watched the spectacle unfold with wide-eyed astonishment, his cloud shuddering beneath him as he tried to maintain balance amidst the mayhem. Panic overtook him as the contents of the surprise balls rained down upon him in a dizzying barrage.

With quick thinking, Satori skillfully maneuvered the cloud beneath his feet, darting away from the descending chaos and finding refuge in a safer area. Once he was out of immediate danger, he shot a glare filled with anger and frustration toward Cedric.

"What the hell do you think you're doing, you bastard?!" Satori exclaimed, his voice trembling with a mix of rage and anxiety. He pointed an accusatory finger at Cedric. "This is a damn ordeal! It's not supposed to be fair! It's meant to test your faith!" His words came out in an indignant rush.

Cedric met Satori's anger with a nonchalant demeanor, his eyes gleaming with a hint of mischief. "Faith?" he echoed with a scoff, shaking his head dismissively. "I never had any of it to begin with."

Satori's frustration boiled over as he observed Cedric's disruption of the ordeal and couldn't contain his anger. "You bastard!" he spat out, his voice trembling with irritation. "I'll put the fear of God Enel in your heart!"

With those words, he launched himself into the air, his fists a blur as he delivered powerful punches to every cloud ball in his path.

Despite the chaotic jumble of the surprise balls caused by Cedric's interference, Satori displayed an uncanny ability to calculate their trajectories with precision. With expert skill, he redirected them, sending them hurtling toward Cedric from various directions.

Cedric observed Satori's calculated onslaught with a sense of grudging respect. A dozen surprise balls, each containing unpredictable and potentially perilous contents, bore down upon him from all angles.

With a deft and practiced motion, Cedric planted the butt of his trident into the ground and used it as a pivot to maneuver himself around the incoming projectiles. He danced gracefully amidst the chaotic ballet of spheres, dodging each one with impeccable timing and agility.

"Now let's see how you fare against your own balls," Cedric quipped with a playful chuckle as he propelled himself into the air using Gepp. As he ascended, he mirrored Satori's actions, delivering punches to the floating surprise balls in his path.

However, Cedric's approach was markedly less precise than Satori's, a testament to his penchant for laziness. Despite his casual demeanor, five surprise balls succumbed to his efforts after ricocheting several times. They headed straight toward the Sky Priest, who had to contend with his own unpredictable creations.

Satori's frustration reached a boiling point as he abandoned his cloud, leaping into the air with a series of jumps from one surprise ball to another. Explosions erupted around him, showering the battlefield with a medley of surprises, ranging from pleasant to downright treacherous.

As he skillfully dodged the chaotic barrage, Satori's sharp eyes darted around the battlefield, scanning the similar-looking surprise balls for the subtle difference between the good and bad ones. It was a secret known only to those who were intimately familiar with the ordeal.

Hidden amidst the unpredictable chaos, Satori marked the locations of several unpleasent surprise balls, planning to put them to good use.

"I've had enough of you, you damn heathen!" Satori declared with exasperation. From behind his back, he produced a cane, wielding it with finesse. At the tip of the cane was a steel wire that he expertly attached to one of the surprise balls.

With a flourish, he waved the cane in the air, causing the attached surprise ball to connect to a dozen or so others. The result was a strange, serpent-like formation of linked surprise balls that resembled a dragon.

"Eat this, Ball Dragon!" Satori exclaimed, directing the elongated chain of connected surprise balls toward Cedric with a flick of his wrist.

Cedric watched the bizarre, dragon-like formation approach him, a grin playing on his lips. With a swift movement, he extended his trident and spun it expertly in his hand, building up momentum. As the Ball Dragon closed in, Cedric executed a powerful twirl, the trident's three prongs moving in a mesmerizing blur.

With a mighty swipe, he struck the chain of surprise balls, sending a shockwave of force through them. The collision triggered a spectacular display of surprises—fireworks of colors, confetti, explosives, knives and eveything inbetween.

In a dazzling display of vibrant colors and whimsical effects, the Ball Dragon exploded in Cedric's face, leaving behind a shimmering cloud of glittering smoke and confetti that hung suspended in the air like a surreal masterpiece. Satori, watching the spectacle, couldn't resist the urge to gloat.

"Serves you right, blondie!" he crowed with a triumphant dance, clapping atop one of the remaining surprise balls. "That's what you get for ruining the great Ordeal of Balls! Feel the wrath of my balls!" he continued, reveling in the perceived victory.

As the glittering smoke began to dissipate, revealing the battleground beneath, Satori's jubilation turned to disbelief. His joyful dance froze as he witnessed the unscathed figure of Cedric, who stood amidst the glitter and confetti, attempting to rid his hair of the irksome remnants with an annoyed expression.

"You?! What the?! How the?!" Satori sputtered, his jaw hanging open, an accusatory finger pointing at Cedric.

Cedric, ever nonchalant, brushed the confetti from his coat and smiled with a calm demeanor. "Well, that was fun," he remarked, completely unfazed by Satori's incredulous reaction. "But that's about as much of my time as I'm willing to give you," he added casually.

Before Satori could fully process Cedric's words, the pirate's figure blurred with startling speed, abruptly materializing right in front of the Sky Priest. Cedric's voice was almost dismissive as he uttered, "See ya."

In an instant, Cedric's fist shot forward, burying itself squarely into Satori's round gut with a satisfying impact. The rotund priest gasped in agony, his eyes wide with shock as the blow sent him flying backward, tumbling through the air like a disoriented balloon.
