Yes, she loves Jon, but she wouldn’t give up her peoples’ fight against the nights watch for him (same way he’s still a crow, and wouldn’t completely give up his life there for her). So it wouldn’t matter whether the watch would take her in or not, she wouldn’t go with Jon to them in the first place.

I can't remember the exact number, but there were several wars fought over the centuries in which the Dornish continually beat back the Targaryens. Dorne even killed one of Aegon's sisters and her dragon in the first conflict. They eventually joined the Seven Kingdoms peacefully, when a Dornish Prince married a Targaryen Princess to bring an end to the constant conflicts. Dornish lords are still referred to as Princes and Princesses as a sign of respect from the Kingdoms that they resisted the Targaryens and their dragons for so long. Then about a hundred years later, this type of marriage would be repeated when Rhaegar Targaryen was wed to Elia Martell, although as you know... that all went horribly wrong in the end.
