One Piece: Killer Method #203

The weapons concealed in the shadows sprang into action as Ohm became the target. Kieran watched intently, his frown deepening as he observed Ohm's sword morphing into a whip, latching onto a nearby edge, and pulling him out of the line of fire with swift agility.

Ohm didn't halt there; he vaulted behind a crumbling wall, slipping out of Kieran's direct line of sight.

Without hesitation, Kieran trained one of his bazookas on the wall and squeezed the trigger, unleashing a destructive barrage that obliterated the wall. As the debris fell, though, there was no trace of Ohm.

In an instant, Kieran caught a sudden exclamation from behind him. "Eisen Whip!"

Kieran spun around just in time to witness another wall disintegrating as Ohm's sword sliced through it with ease, its tip extending and flying toward him. Reacting swiftly, Kieran leaped into the air, his eyes fixed on the elongating sword, retracting into Ohm's grip.

Even in mid-air, Kieran couldn't afford to ponder the unusual weapon for long. Holly, Ohm's massive dog companion, lunged toward him, a massive paw aimed at Kieran's head. With a graceful twist of his body, Kieran spun, extending his leg to deliver a powerful kick that struck the dog's back, sending it hurtling to the ground.

Kieran landed gracefully, his attention snapping to Ohm, but the agile adversary had already vanished, leaving Kieran perplexed.

In addition, Holly had swiftly recovered from the impact, adopting an almost mocking posture as it stood on its hind legs and began shadowboxing, growling with a smug air about it.

"Eisen Whip!" Ohm's voice echoed once more as his sword, like a menacing serpent, lunged at Kieran from behind a nearby obstacle.

Swiftly discerning the source of the attack, Kieran dodged with agility, springing backward as Holly made another aggressive move. Now, Kieran found himself facing Holly, the massive canine rearing on its hind legs, its movements resembling lightning-fast jabs as it launched a rapid series of punches towards him.

Kieran moved with careful grace, his body swaying left and right in a dance of evasion as he dodged Holy's rapid jabs. He executed these nimble movements while keeping an ever-watchful eye on the battlefield, his senses focusing solely on locating Ohm, whose whereabouts remained shrouded in mystery.

In the midst of the chaos, he paid little attention to Gan Fall and the Shandian warriors, who were locked in fierce combat with Enel's followers.

Ohm continued to elude Kieran's line of sight as he maneuvered expertly through the dilapidated ruins. However, he didn't plan on hiding for long and was waiting for his opportunity to strike.

Suddenly, Ohm's voice pierced the air once more, announcing his attack, "Eisen Fleuret!" With this declaration, the tip of his cloud sword transformed into a sharp, elongated spear and hurtled toward Kieran, using the cover of an obstacle for concealment.

Reacting swiftly, Kieran reached into the shadows, his hand closing around a knife. With deft precision, he deflected Ohm's incoming assault, causing the spear to veer off course.

However, the force of the deflection sent Kieran staggering backward, his misstep triggering a concealed pressure plate. In an instant, a deadly trap was sprung, unleashing iron clouds shaped like barbed wire that hurtled menacingly in his direction.

Amid the relentless barrage of attacks and traps, Kieran couldn't help but ponder how Ohm always seemed to pinpoint his location with uncanny accuracy. The thought swirled in his mind as he raised his hand, deftly conjuring a protective wall of shadows that intercepted the oncoming barbed wire, preventing it from closing in.

Before Kieran could dwell any longer on this unsettling observation, Ohm materialized before him in a swift, predatory movement. "Eisen Fan!" Ohm's voice rang out as his cloud sword underwent another transformation, its blade reshaping into a fan-like form. In a fluid motion, Ohm swung the weapon at Kieran with deadly precision.

Kieran, never one to back down, swiftly summoned another knife from the depths of his shadowy arsenal. He crossed the two blades in front of his chest, expertly blocking Ohm's fierce assault. With a surge of strength, Kieran pushed Ohm back, creating a momentary reprieve in their fierce clash.

However, before Kieran could seize the opportunity to retaliate, a sudden interruption came. Holy, the massive dog that accompanied Ohm, burst onto the scene with a swift and unexpected maneuver. It sank its powerful jaws into its master's shirt, forcibly dragging Ohm away from harm's way.

With a smirk and a sense of triumph, Ohm taunted Kieran as he retreated into the labyrinthine ruins. "As long as you are here, you have no chance of defeating me!" he declared, his words echoing ominously through the crumbling structures. "If the traps don't get you, then my Eisen Whip will—sooner or later!"

Kieran's sharp instincts guided him through the chaotic battlefield, where every crumbling wall and hidden threat presented both danger and opportunity. His keen gaze scanned the ruins and the frenzied clashes around him, trying to make sense of the unfolding chaos.

Kieran's sharp mind raced, quickly deducing the source of Ohm's unerring accuracy in targeting him. "It should be Observation Haki... or Mantra as the people here call it..." he mumbled to himself, even as a nearby wall crumbled, its debris revealing the cloud sword's tip thrusting through the wreckage.

Ohm, standing amidst the rubble, couldn't hide his satisfaction. "You're smarter than you look, blue sea dweller," he remarked with a smug grin. "But knowing that won't help you one bit!" he declared with unwavering confidence.

Kieran, however, remained unfazed by Ohm's taunts. He continued to leap and maneuver through the chaotic battlefield, evading the relentless onslaught of attacks that seemed to spring from every concealed angle.

As Kieran brandished his knife, his agile movements enabled him to dodge and parry the incoming strikes, a grin creeping across his face. "It's just a bit... but I'm finally starting to understand why the captain is always grinning like an idiot..."

...

On top of the colossal Giant Jack, Cedric's confidence remained unshaken despite the encroaching threat of Enel's formidable army. He wore a sly smile on his face, his eyes locked onto the mass of Enel's devoted followers who now stood before him, their faith unwavering.

Listening to the bold declaration made by one of them, Cedric couldn't resist a taunting retort. "Oh, yeah?" he responded, his tone dripping with arrogance. "And who's going to stop me from going further?" he asked rhetorically, his grin growing wider as if he relished the challenge presented before him.

However, Shura, the man who had spoken, was unimpressed by Cedric's bravado. With a swift motion, he raised his lance, prepared for battle. "Boasting will not help you one bit, blue sea dweller," Shura retorted firmly, his words filled with conviction.

He was done with words; it was time to act. With determination, he led the charge toward Cedric, followed by the other priests and devoted followers of Enel, their intent clear: to stop Cedric by any means necessary.

Cedric's grin, however, remained firmly in place, his self-assured demeanor unfazed. He raised his hand, conjuring a small, fiery sphere that hovered ominously above his open palm, ready to face whatever challenge lay before him.

...

In the serene skies of Skypiea, on Angel Beach, Conis wore a look of deep concern as she observed Cedric's crew preparing to board their ship. She couldn't help but voice her worries. "Are you going to follow him?" she inquired, her gaze shifting to Duval as she spoke.

Duval, the first mate, responded with a wide, confident grin. "Of course we are," he affirmed with a hearty chuckle. "What kind of pirate crew would we be if we didn't follow our captain?" His words dripped with a mixture of annoyance and amusement.

He seemed rather nonchalant about the situation. "Not that it matters anyway," he continued, his tone light. "The captain and Kieran will have probably dealt with everyone by the time we get there..." He shrugged casually.

As if on cue, a colossal pillar of roaring flames suddenly erupted into the sky, surging from the Upper Yard and casting a fiery glow across the heavens. All eyes turned toward the awe-inspiring display, captivated by its intensity.

Duval couldn't resist a triumphant grin as he gestured toward the fiery spectacle. "What did I tell you?" he remarked with a satisfied nod, as if Cedric's fiery prowess alone could conquer any challenge that lay before them
