New Story?

What up my dudes! 

So, I've been thinking about diving into a new writing venture and I need your input! I'm in the mood to craft something awesome for you all, but I can't decide which direction to take. Here's the lowdown:

I'm considering a few options: a One Piece fanfiction, a Marvel fanfiction, a DC fanfiction, or maybe even an original story, and not in that particular order. Still, I gotta be real with you all—my heart is tugging me toward the One Piece universe. It's my jam, my favorite anime! But hey, it's also the trickiest to get just right.

Here's the scoop: I've tried my hand at One Piece fanfics twice before, but they both hit a few bumps in the road. The first one took a wild turn because, let's face it, it was my maiden voyage into serious writing (if you consider a One Piece fanfic serious writing). The second attempt? Well, I might have gone a bit overboard with trying out different writing styles. Live and learn, right?

Then there's Marvel—oh man, I had a blast with the story and the main character, but again, my experimentation with writing styles ended up sinking that ship.

Now, my DC fanfic? That one actually did pretty well! But towards the end, I kinda got bored and rushed through the ending. It is what it is, but I'd love to have another go and write a complete story from start to finish this time around. 

And hey, remember when I dipped my toes into crafting an original story? Yeah, that happened. The story itself wasn't bad, but the main character turned out to be a bit of an emotionless murder hobo. 

My end goal was always to write an awesome original story, and now I'm satisfied with my writing style and creativity. Maybe it's time for me to start considering writing something original.

Oh, and just to clarify, I'm not abandoning that Game of Thrones fic—I'm determined to see that one through to the end. However, I've got a bit of free time now, and I'm itching to pour it into something new and exciting!
