It is reasonable to assume, from the info up to this episode, that they are from the same house. -Jorah received that royal pardon from Robert Baratheon because he informed on them that Dany was pregnant an episode or so ago. -From Ep 1, "King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm" - part of what Ned says before executing the deserter, so an Andal seems to be someone from the Seven Kingdoms. and that why the King could name Ned Protector of the Realm - Technically Sir Laurence Tyrell didn't cheat - he just knew The Mt.'s horse was horny - after the first season make sure you watch the history and lore for season 1. they are on YouTube and might be a good video to do a uncut reaction to on YouTube, since everyone has access to them for free.
