the blast just looked alot smaller when kimiko took it but I was moreso confused that she should've lost her powers mid air during the blast so the fall should've killed her but I aint really complaining, just bantering. I just feel like the writers coulda killed Maeve or put her in a wheelchair afterwards to make the fight fallout really feel impactful
