There's a couple of Februrary sketches in there too but for the most part there's March! Not a ton of doodles this month, I'm still getting settled from moving and had to play a little bit of catch-up with work plus an impromptu trip to visit my dad in Florida, but we're pretty much all caught up :D Woo!

I'm trying to make more of a schedule and habit out of sketching for fun, not just for work but I'd be lying if I didn't say it was hard. Part of being self-employed is constantly negotiating between time spent working and time spent playing, particularly when both involve drawing. That dastardly little voice of capitalism likes to sneak in when I'm doodling for fun and remind me that I'm using time that I could be using to work. Well, that's silly. Progress and skills are honed during play time when you're free to make mistakes, not during work hours. So that's what I'm attempting to do!

April is going to be a month of resets for me. Spring is here and everything is blooming and vibrant and I've just got that urge to do my best! I hope everyone is doing well and can catch this wave of self-improvement too. Let's do our best together~
