Single's Inferno Season 5 Episode 9

A lot of surprises this episode

I stand with you guys opinion especially the man on the right maybe it's because I'm a man? lol I don't know. Yes, Mina has had a lot of faults up until now. And someone needed to call her out on them. But the way Mingee talked & treated Mina was clearly wrong. And when Mingee chose Subeen, I agree with you guys that it was hypocritical. She made that decision unilaterally without talking to Seungil. She even knew he also went straight for her. There's no difference between her and Mina. Totally hypocritical move. Honestly, everyone's gone Mina hunting right now atm. They need to know Mingee clearly has her faults too. People who blindly agree with her choice-whether becuz they are just Mingee stans or they just dislike Mina-are just ridiculous.

Wow you guys are the first reactors that I've seen that had the same view on why Mina Sue said she was going to stop pursuing Subeen. I also thought she was testing him first and then decided to end it because his expression didn't change at all. I thought everyone would see it that way so it really surprised that the panel and many other reactors took it the other way

Mingee was very straightforward with Mina, and of course, she could have worded things better. But at the same time, if she had softened it too much, I don’t think Mina would’ve really understood the point. I do think Mingee wrapping her arm around Mina was unnecessary, though. That said, I’m still on Mingee’s side. She was honest and addressed the issue directly. Mina has every right to get to know other guys, but the way she went about it felt a bit problematic. Especially during the campfire scene, where she jumped at every guy who said “Mina.” It came across like she wanted to talk to them simply because she enjoyed the attention. Because of that, I understand why Mingee said that Mina doesn’t really know herself yet. Mina already made herself kind of unsympathetic to me after the campfire scene. To be honest, that’s still how I feel. From the moment she came in wearing the yellow dress, I had a strange feeling about her. It felt a bit fake to me, like she was wearing a mask. This is just my personal impression, but she doesn’t come across as very “real.” She often says things like “let’s be honest,” yet she doesn’t seem fully honest with herself either.

In my mind, mingee and heesun planned it, i just can't prove it 🤣🤣 (I love it tho)

Also yes i agree, mingee came off a lil intimidating there, but why is she not allowed to do so when mina sue has been going around talking shit about mingee and other girl behind their back. She has been constantly portraying mingee as some scary possessive woman this whole time, while mingee has tired so much being understanding despite the anger and frustration she feel, which is very normal.

Yuri

I do see the point that mingee might've gone overboard with that conversation, but I personally think it was necessary. Because mingee has been constantly asking mina sue about who she's into even before this paradise date, and whenever she said seungil, she tried her best being understanding tbh, that yes these 2 should just go and figure out their feelings. But at the same time, she is just human too, and there's been too much pent up frustration inside her because of Mina sue being so undecisive, and not blaming mina sue for that, it is what it is, but it'll also have consequences as IT IS affecting other people too. Yes it is a dating show where you explore your options, but we all can agree mina sue's behaviour and attitude hasn't been the best. She is just a person at the end of the day, who is experiencing things and growing through them, i do not want to put too much criticism on her, but I don't find much fault in mingee's conversation despite it getting a bit personal

Yuri

agreeed like what mingee was saying prior to that personal attack was all fair n game but she went a little rouge ab that comment about her character so i can see why that hurt mina sue

I think in the conversation between mina and mingee I think mingee went overboard … and the gestures she did was insulting… It is true they are still not together but is too possessive of Seung il

Hahaha I said the same thing when I saw them heading to the boat. I was just there in October so it’s crazy to see places I’ve been to in this show. I truly enjoy jooyoung and jaejin’s relationship.

I whole heartedly agree, everyone is harsher on her when she said one thing that maybe considered straightforward, but we must hold our tongue when Mina does anything considered questionable and sugarcoat our words. I’m glad she is exploring her curiosity with Subeen, because it really breaks my heart seeing her so stressed, anxious, and sad these past couple of episodes. Ppl wanted her to explore when Seungil went to paradise, now that she is she’s getting treated badly as well even tho she went about it in the best way, even asked Heesun how she would feel. 🤷‍♀️

Loh

also guys theres a rumor that sam is apparently the grandson of koreas previous president!!! craziiiiii

( this is messy cause i just wrote thoughts while watching) I don't understand why this they made that such a big thing. Literally right before mina said twice, she doesn't even know and she wants someone else to do it for her. I can't act like this is some big insult when mina has been talking about them to the guys behind their backs and calling Minji scary and intimidating any chance she can why is this overlooked, and we are only focused on this "insult?' She has been hurtful and inconsiderate to many people this season and probably made a couple feel the way she did after that conversation. It was a wakeup call imo. it wasn't that harsh; it just hit her so hard because it was the truth. I think hostile is an extreme word. Is Minji not allowed to feel some anger after being treated badly and lied to? I also can't with her being called hypocritical after she finally chooses to have a day where she can not stress about feelings and have some fun with someone else and that somehow is hypocritical of her because mina has been circling 5 guys and talking crap behind peoples backs and lying and she expressed frustration about it. And about her picking Subin, why on earth is she not allowed to resent someone who didn't speak to her after going with someone else? why is she not allowed to do it just like he is? why is she expected to just go along with him after he finally declared his feelings? like am I crazy? What was that reaction? damned if she does and damned if she doesn't.
