Three days ago the lord of Valgard fell ill after receiving a letter laced with an exotic poison. His brother whom wishes to subsume his place is involved and has made a deal with a group of brigands to help him seize Valgard by force.  

However a guard loyal to the lord of Valgard has found out about this plot and not knowing where to turn has entrusted this information to you. The brigand assault will arrive shortly at the towns gates and the loyalties of those whom remain inside are in doubt!

Mad Wizards Dreamscape

You’ve been tasked to delve into the mind of a dying old wizard with the help of his apprentice, so that you may recover information on an esoteric spell that could help save the lives of hundreds of people in a near by village.  

However a broken bridge that is slowly falling apart as the dreamscape collapses lies before you, on the other side of the bridge lies the information that you seek but an image of the mad wizard bars your way!

Ancient Dwarven Highway

As you continue your march further into the dwarven tunnels of old you come across a bridge that spans a small valley, all seems to be fine until you get midway across the bridge and large spider-like creatures clamber over the railings with the intent of eat you.  

It seams they have been nesting under the bridge this whole time, perhaps the small tangles of webs near the openings of the dwarven tunnels may have been a clue!

Broken Dwarven Highway

You’ve awoken that which slumbers within the dwarven highway on your travels through it. Ahead of you lies a broken bridge that will take you over the valley below and deeper into the dwarven tunnels.  

However before moving any further you hear the sound of something enourmous begin to stir in the dark behind you cracking tiles and smashing through pillars as it begins to frantically dash towards you, presumably to eat you.

The Kings Bridge

Brigands have stopped a caravan of travelers and are searching the wagons for a person they claim is a dangerous murder, this is the only bridge for over fifty miles so they have to come through here at least they claim. As payment for their services they’re taking some of the goods of the travelers.
