It's all good. The best way I balance health is by making sure I exercise daily. I enjoy going to the gym, so it's not that big of an issue for me, but even on off days I still go for walks. I'm also lucky enough that doing this for a living allows me a 'sporadic' schedule where I can work a few hours, go do errands/to the gym, etc. then start working again. The hardest part of health issues is waiting for them to heal or changing your life so they occur less frequently, which is easier said than done.

My favorite unhealthy snacks are Tapatio Doritos, chocolate or some sort of baked good. My favorite healthier ones are peanutbutter, yogurt, walnuts and those KIND Granola bars

As you get older, what’s your advice on dealing with the stress of chronic health issues? How do you balance taking care of yourself physically with your mental needs? Sorry for the seriousness of this question but I’ve been inspired by your health journey these past few years so I’d love to have advice from the big boss himself! Thanks!
