The title was stupidly a reference to a 90s drama I never watched, "Touched by an Angel." Yes indeed.... quality names here, lol.
This episode helps us establish the next storyline we're gonna tell. Spike gets his license and can legally massage again. Fans get to see Isabelle pony again, everyone's happy.... except..... find out in the next episode.
