Early Comic - Snow Day Reality!

You quickly run to the tv or radio and try to find out if your school is open or closed. If you are lucky, you have a SNOW DAY! If you are unlucky, classes might be delayed or your still have to go to school. Poor Alaskan kids have to go to school, but if it's -60 degrees, school is closed.
This was a fun little comic, did some world building, saw some CMC, and some winter outfits. Panel one has a photo of the CMC with Pinkie Pie crossed out. It is a reference to a very early episode...
