Rarity's intentions may have been... fine... but it was a bit harsh to force Twilight with Greg. So it was nice to have Twilight show some emotion other than sad, happy, and nervous.
As well, Coco and Greg are out of Rarity's house and out of Ponyville now living away. With Greg away and her emotions in check, this leaves Twilight to handle low anyway she wants now. A fresh, maybe even confident, new start.
Yes, that real estate board says "Harshwhinny Realty." In a cut episode we never made, Coco and Greg were going to be looking for homes in Seaddle and Ms. Harshwhinny was going to be the real estate agent.
