Unlucky Parents Episode Discussion
Added 2021-10-13 21:32:47 +0000 UTCThere is an alternative version to what was released, albeit in rough form. So hear me out. Originally we were going to have a character get sick and spew on the seats... but this just sounded so.... gross. So having learned that drinking does make some more sneezy, we went with that, because it is far less gross... but still gross. It also nicely fits Twilight's ongoing sneeziness. If you want to see the rough version of the alternative, I will post it up for you. It had a different outcome with Rachel as well, but the end result was the same for Moondancer and Starlight.
We also floated the idea of the last panel just being Rachel and Twilight being dropped off alongside the road after spilling their contents, but that seemed rather mean of Starlight and Moondancer to do.
As for the title "Unlucky Parents..." We were having a discussion of all the things our parents did when raising us as children. All the nasty things they had to deal with. I am pretty sure every kid has gotten sick inside their parents car and spilled the beans.... Poor folks, having to deal with that, but they did. I know there are much nastier stories, but I'll save that for the comments if you want to share embarrassing stories!
