So in the previous episode, Twilight has spotted some curious items in the back of Lawrence's car... and she decides to come to this conclusion. Thankfully Spike knows how to reel Twilight back into reality.

2022-01-10 00:20:24 +0000 UTCI think Spike's wrong, though admittedly he's mainly wrong because Twilight didn't tell him the full story. If Lawrence is dating somepony, then he specifically lied about when asked, and it's reasonable to presume he understood the very straightforward subtext of the question. It's a perfectly good reason to be troubled.
