Will-o-Wisp
Added 2020-01-24 18:00:03 +0000 UTCKumiho casting a more complex spell. In my project Sight, I imagine persistent magic being more high level than most. Kumiho can make wisps that exist on their own from her intent. They can act as light lanterns, or as mines that explode with magical force. They can also move at a consistent speed in a straight direction if the user wills it.
