After tying Leon up with strong rope, he gives the rookie just five minutes to escape before he starts to fill the room with water and leave him to his fate as in a twisted motivational tool.
But as Jack watches Leon fidget and twist to break free of his binding, the whole sight turns Jack on. I mean a hot guy in a muscle suit, tied up and trying to break free...
With the threat of drowning, Jack decides to give Leon added incentive to break free of his bindings. It maybe five minutes before the water floods the room, but it'll probably be less than that before Krauser floods Leon's insides with warm love...
