Speaking of fast food and of the changes it has had on modern society....and of those people for which no meal is complete without a dollop of ketchup added on top.... Here is an outdated cautionary culinary etiquette tip from the past in the form of a poem by Richard Armour....from the days before glass was replaced by squeezable plastic bottles: "Shake and shake / the catsup bottle / none will come / and then a lot'll."
