Vanessa used her power to grant herself fertility, and the resulting backlash of power caused her ovaries, uterus, and vagina to grow in size, sensitivity, and virility. Though she lost her powers, she now has what she always wanted - the ability to have children.
Though much to her ignorance, she is so hyper-virile that she will bear dozens of children at once.
