This is a fun episode! And oh my goodness Krista! That sounds really painful! Yes, do your physio therapy for a while and get better! Knee pain can be brutal! We'll definitely miss you while you're gone but we'll look forward to when you come back! We'll have lots more to see for you to catch up on!

I just got my x-ray results today, the ligament was torn pretty bad and without movement, the knee muscles became pretty weak so I have to do physio therapy for the next month. This is the last Run episode I'll watch with you guys for a while, that is so weird to think about because I've been here like, since episode... I wanna say 10 or so :D But I'll get to watch lots of them when I come back so yay!
