If the punishments weren't so severe, I think we would be more easily swayed by Yohan's decisions, but what stops us is the severity of the unusual punishments. Or at least part of what stops us. That's what's really cool about this drama, is that it makes you think deeply about the choices they're and what the right and wrong ways to deal with things should be. You can't expect a corrupt system to be fair, but is the solution to also be corrupt? It really makes you think! Your comment was absolutely comprehensible! I honestly wouldn't have known English wasn't your first language except for our previous conversation. 😊

I especially like your reasonable reactions to the punishments, I’ve had issues with some other people watching this drama just blindly agreeing with them without really questioning Kang Yohan‘s motives. Which is quite funny and ironic since that’s what the majority of the public is doing in the drama. While we can all agree that the justice system is flawed and the rich, powerful and evil can often get off easily while the poor and innocent are left with nothing I don’t think this approach is right either. Sure, if the “bad guys” cheat, I guess it’s only right to counter that by cheating from the “good guys” as well (assuming that Kang Yohan is on the good side haha), and it’s quite refreshing to see for once but in the end that won’t lead to real justice either. I think justice can only be achieved when no side cheats but of course that is unrealistic which once again makes you rethink whether Kang Yohan isn’t doing the right thing after all once again. So intriguing! I hope my comment is comprehensible, as you know English isn’t my first language :)
