Progress report 06 進度報告06

Hello everyone, B-flat here! 

Here's this month's current work progress. I'll break it down based on the project's milestones and what still needs to be completed.

UI interface

The main goal this month was to fully import and link the UI interface.

The basic UI has been completed. The following are screenshots of the UI interface:


The general UI for the game displays the player's hp, abnormal status, and item bar.

In-game menu: Status

Like in the Agnietta, it displays the Vita's current status.

In-game menu: Attributes

This part shows Vita's learned abilities and current number of sex-related experiences.

In-game menu: Items

Vita has three different types of packs: consumables, key items, and important tools.

In-game menu: Relics

This is where Vita keeps her wearable items and equipment. Some relics, for example, can improve some of her stats or abilities. This will expand in future with different gameplay effects depending on what she is wearing at the time.

In-game menu: Discoveries and Library

Vita will keep a list of the information she learns, including details about the world's lore.

Autoplay and fastforward options have been included for dialogue. Further updates will include CG scene playback options.

Only basic volume adjustment is currently available, but further functions will be added as necessary.

System Menu: Game Settings

Currently, the only option is whether or not Vita's clothes are damaged. Other options will be added in future updates.

System Menu: Key Binding

As the picture demonstrates, there are many different options offered for player control. This includes the often-demanded gamepad option!

Updating Vita's figure

Here we have Vita showing off her acrobatic skills. Eventually she'll be able to grab edges, but she hasn't learned this in time for the demo.

Unfortunately, Vita has fallen. This artwork will change depending on her status, such as pregnancy and birth.

Localization work for translation and text importation.

This work is not as glamorous as making Vita's sprites, but it's necessary for the project. In other to adapt the game for multiple languages, I had to design the text importing programming in the earliest possible stages. Since this has been completed, it can theoretically make translation in multiple languages much smoother.

 Our current picture example includes Chinese and English.

Miscellaneous 

There are a lot of things going on at home, and I am extremely grateful for everyone's support and concern.

It may not be possible to complete the demo at a high enough quality before the end of the year. Still, I am optimistic as the main structure of the game has been completed; now we must fill in the actual gameplay content.

Future work

Here is the list of features that still must be placed into the demo:

Basically, the current main goal is to establish all of the basic gameplay elements. Vita's demo sprite will not have all the full-game poses and equipment as the priority is to stabilize the foundation of the game. After the demo is complete, and the game's coding is confirmed to be rock-solid, then we can add all the exciting elements that everyone is looking forward to.

月底跟各位報告目前工作進度,這邊依照完成的大項目來說明進度。

UI介面

本月主要工作進度是將UI的介面完整導入與連結,

到目前為止,大致上遊戲內的UI均已完成,以下是UI介面的截圖:

遊戲內一般UI,顯示玩家的生命耐力、異常狀態列表與道具欄

遊戲內選單(狀態)

與治癒使一樣,顯示女主當前擁有的狀態。

遊戲內選單(能力)

這部分則是展示女主的能力與當前的性相關經驗次數。

遊戲內選單(道具)

主要分為三種背包,消耗品、特殊、重要道具等。

遊戲內選單(遺物)

這部分是可穿戴式的物品介面,正常的遺物裝備能提升能力,

以後當然有色色的裝備能在這個介面穿上囉。

遊戲內選單(發現、圖鑑)

主要為遊戲內發現的文件與資料說明

對話的介面 (感謝艾妮塔客串演出)

這部分已完成自動播放與快轉的功能。

另外還需要擴充為CG場景播放用的對話介面。

系統選單(系統設置)

目前僅設置基本的音量調整,以後視情況追加內容。

目前僅有設定衣服是否會破損的設置,以後視情況追加內容。

系統選單(按鍵綁定)

由圖可見,能根據玩家輸入的控制方式確定玩家當前使用的設備。

遊戲手把基本上應該是能正常的使用了。

女主的人偶更新

此為跳躍狀態,預計會做邊緣攀爬的能力,但第一個試玩版應該不會做出這個能力。

此為倒下的狀態,懷孕出產預計也會用這個人偶進行修改來演出。

翻譯與文本導入的在地化工作

這部分是比較枯燥但也很必要的工作,

遊戲為了適應多語言的文本,我在初期開發階段就有先設計好文本導入的架構。

目前已完成相關的導入接口,且如果未來有其他語言的翻譯內容,也能快速擴充。

雜談

家裡的事情比較多,也很感謝大家的祝福與關心。

依照目前的進度來看,要在年底前完成我想放出的試玩版仍然有困難。

但遊戲的主架構基本上均已開發完成,接下來要開始填入遊戲的內容了。

未來工作

這裡的未來工作是距離第一個試玩版還欠缺的工作內容:

可以看到當前主要目標為完成各項系統基礎的建立。

女主人偶的姿勢、敵人、道具、裝備可能不多,但會優先把各項基礎都先建立一部分。

在第一款試玩放出並確認這些基礎都穩固後,就會照著這個基礎往上增加各種遊戲內容了。
