My persona project: Gammamon themed card sleeves and playmat!

Hey everyone! Here I have some stuff I've finished in the background and finally got done. It's my personal Gammamon card sleeves and playmat!

Not only do I really like Gammamon, but I also love his mechanic in the card game, and there wasn't really a specific themed card sleeves for only Gammamon (There are Digimon Ghost Game themed card sleeves which I own, but I preferred something more focused on Gammamon) so I decided to make a design for them!

These card sleeves were done by Dragon shield, and they are very nice card sleeves! I need to get some extra plastic protection on these so they don't get worn out quickly.

The Digi-eggs are using the official Digimon Ghost Game card sleeves, which makes  me happy that I could keep the theme of Ghost Game with my deck. The Gammamon and Canoweissmon cards shown here are alternate arts, which are gorgeous! I had to get them!

And now, the playmat!

This was made while I was waiting for the Gammamon cards to come up, and yes, I want to make Gammamon my main deck for sure, so I went all in for this entire setup.

A bit of explaining here with the placing of the characters: The three main digievoltions of Gammamon are in the middle. Since they are the main engine of the deck they had to be present there. Canoweissmon is in the back and on top, him being the strongest Digimon of the deck (Not counting the extra LV6 that I use in the deck that aren't related to Gammamon, and this was before Gammamon's official LV6 was revealed). 

GulusGammamon is in the bottom right corner where the trash area is... BUT! This is not meant to be like "Oh, Gulus is trash". On the contrary! He is an excellent digimon in all aspects, but I thought of placing him there cause he is a purple card digimon and has the ability to take down a digimon with him (Retaliation) and so he would help a lot in taking down digimons and he would end up in the trash for that reason.

BlackGatomon Uver (Yes, that's the official spelling and yes, it's a delivery digimon) is in the bottom left corner, which is reserved for Digi-Eggs and raising area. He takes care of the Digi-Eggs in Ghost Game, so I though he would be "delivering" the Digi-Eggs to hatch up Gurimons.

And finally, Gammamon in the middle holding up cards, using the first and original back design of  the first Digimon card battle game. I really like that design over the current one, so I decided to go with it. Agumon and Veemon are a reference for the current movies that have been released recently, being Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution and the upcoming Digimon 02 movie: The Beginning.

...Huff! A lot of explaining here, but I wanted to mention all of  this since I did, for once, had some thought process in the placement of characters. I hope I get to improve things further and get to make newer and better playmats and sleeves. This has been amazing and I love  getting physical products of my own work, so there is definitely a chance to get more things done in the future :D
