The Liar thing on Sevika's body was meant for Silco because he told her Vi is dead (which he honestly thought was true because Marcus told him that). And the guy Victor is visiting is Silco's doctor/scientist named Singed who was working on shimmer all this time. Thanks for the great reaction and cant wait for the last 3 episodes!
