Not a fan of the case this episode tbh. I kept rolling my eyes at the Unsub, because his motives for committing GRUESOME MURDER were so dumb. You were evicted from your home after you were in a coma and didn't pay rent for months? Like, dude, what kind of weak-ass motive is that?
