I love Lincoln, but I don’t agree that him and Olivia would have worked. I mean, the fact that Peter was basically coaching him on how to win over Olivia, says something. I also think that what Olivia meant by choosing to be the better version of herself, wasn’t a dig to the ppl around her. She just meant that the Original Olivia had matured , she had learned to put her guard down. But either way, she still choose it for herself.

2022-08-18 01:40:06 +0000 UTCGreat reaction, i love how conflicted you were about the Olivia thing, like you wanted to be happy for her but at the same time you were sad for Nina and Lincoln and while it sucks what happened to them i've always seen Olivia getting those memories as restoring the right timeline after the Observer's messed it up, that's the true timeline and this one is just a byproduct of their actions and it was the same with Olivia. Anyway a great parallel episode with the one in season 1, love that the initial scene was almost the same but then it went into a totally different direction and the boat at the end is definitely a reference to Noa's ark with all the animals in it, betweem them you can also see the monster from the episode Unleashed that was part spider and snake and the parasite in the water tank is from season 2, the episode where the chinese mob smuggled those worm inside people while they travelled on the boats, great callbacks.
