Thanks as always for your comments K! When I mentioned the fact that The Naked Gun video only generated about a third of what it cost to edit, I was referring specifically to YouTube ad revenue. There's no way we could keep the channel going without the Patreon support, so thanks as always for that!
Don't worry, 12 Monkeys is coming! things are fluid right now due to several reasons but it's definitely in the near future.

A live reaction - I know of one channel, they do a "movie night" live hang-out on rare occasions, they pick a movie they know on some free streaming source like Tubi, and announce when they will start viewing it, no movie screen shown, like hanging out with friends but you don't see the tv. Their channel isn't about movie reactions, so there's chatting and info on their channel plans, an occasional comment on the movie, but not focused solely on that. So people can do the watch-along if they want, or just chat without even watching. I don't know if that'd work for blind reacting.
I recall the other tree pun: a par-try ( party ).
Hannibal Lecter movies: Red Dragon is a prequel, better than "Hannibal", with Anthony Hopkins but does not have Jodi Foster. There's also his origin story movie "Hannibal Rising" but not everyone is into it, it's more disturbing and does not have Anthony Hopkins.
Two-Face: his face getting destroyed is secondary to his grief over Rachel dying in that way, and that his life was saved. I think a more realistic cause for him than in the comics version.
Most people like Dark Knight more than D.K. Rises.
Upcoming: You told me before 12 Monkeys was planned for March, but I don't know if it'll get bumped again because you're also back to doing Reactr requests.
My Cousin Vinny is funny. Marisa T. plays off of Joe Pesci very well.
Gene Hackman has a small role in a poll-winner movie.
Film noir is a term used to describe a genre of films that emerged in the United States in the 1940s and 1950s. The term "film noir" is a French term meaning "black film" or "dark film," which refers to the dark and moody themes and visual style of these films. The most artistic B & W ones used very limited lighting ( which came out of not having a big budget for set design ) in this way:
Light the main subject with a pool of bright light that's much brighter than the general environment
Use additional light to "cut" the subject out of the darker background
When you discussed "what films generate on the channel" 33% of cost of making it in the example given, did you mean including Sponsors and other Patreon members? Or just from YT.
K.
