Hey guys 💕
I am going to be open & raw with you all - I want to say I appreciate your support so much ❤ Some of you seen my recent few post on Instagram about my mental health & reached out to me - & your kind words mean the 🌎

My mental health has been steadily getting worse over the years, these past few months being the absolute worst. I now have an apt set up with a dr to get some much needed help ❤
That being said making video's & helping others can also help me, but some days its hard for me to film. Its hard for me to grasp that people actually like me & my videos. Hard for me to put on make-up & feel good enough about myself to film. Especially lately. I used to film on my bad days & I'd almost always hate the turn out. So now I try to only film in good spirits. 💕

Anyways I just wanted to be honest, open & raw with you all ❤
