I also worry that he might have caused problems for them by "helping" too much. If Eleanor lost a few points for blaming her fart on the chair (lol), how many points might she lose for cashing in a lottery ticket that didn't belong to her. It's kinda like finding a wallet on the street and keeping the money, isn't it? It's a worry for me.

He's going through the same thing Eleanor is: they've all become part of his self-identity and the idea of them breaking up is killing him. He's acting irrationally because his human friends have been rubbing off on him. He's a "demon". He's never cared about anyone before and isn't handling it well. He needs to rejoin the group so Chidi can help him.
