The fact that when Jimmy asked his Dad if he was trying to screw Lip, he said "No. The other KID." Is so fucked up. Like, he literally called him a kid. We know he's a teenager, we know he's underage and that the whole thing is wrong, but somehow him calling him a kid just makes it feel so much worse. I think it's the fact that he's able to acknowledge that he is literally having sex with a kid so casually. So messed up. The fact that he's interested in both men and women isn't an issue, but cheating on his wife and literally sleeping with a teenager is. I feel awful for Carl. He literally thinks he has Cancer. Fucking Frank. But the moments he had with Fiona and Ian before he left for camp were adorable. Thanking Fiona for being a great sister. Ian giving him a sleeping bag and a couple other supplies, and kissing his head. So sweet! But I still feel awful for him. To think he's dying and might never see his family again... :( I also feel bad for all those women who work at that store. They're so used to this routine now, and the thought of something even worse coming along is understandably scary. To them, it's not a big deal, they give the asshole a blowjob, they get to keep their jobs and feed their families and also take time off when they need it for their families and other personal reasons. Whereas if they got him fired or something, the new Boss could expect the same, and not give them this time off or anything. Or could just fire them all, and they clearly need the money.

Yeah I think I was just uncomfortable through the whole thing for some reason. The whole thing with Sheila really bothered me and the story with Carl is especially triggering. The Fiona story was interesting but frustrating and I knew they were not going to go for it because eventhough they complain about it they are already very comfortable with the situation. They were so casual about it and it's like a part of their routine now. It's sad. One thing that I appreciate about this show is that its real in the sense that justice is not always served, the assholes can get away with things, and that everyone is capable of being shameless. Yeah I figured that about the sister. I just hope it goes somewhere and they do this trans storyline for shock value because I don't think it's necessary otherwise. Surprisingly I don't hate Jimmy as I used to.
