It's interesting, I think watching your reaction was enlightening, when Olivia and Peter were in the car talking about the kid protecting his father. I always saw Peter's question in a light that he couldn't understand someone doing that for their father because he DIDN'T have that kind of emotional bond with his. But now I think maybe it was just his realization that maybe he was doing the same with Walter...or maybe it's a bit of both, they have such a complex relationship.
